15, 2007 – Elementary school children in the Fremont School
District will be able to keep their heads and hands warm this
winter. The Fremont Rotary Club delivered dozens of winter hats
and mittens to Cornerstone Christian Academy, Fremont Christian
Schools and Fremont Public Schools, just in time for the recent
frigid blast.
The school
offices will have many extra items on hand for children who may
have forgotten or lost their own hats and gloves this winter.
The local service club made the donation possible through its
weekly fines collection. Rotary Clubs participate in local and
international service projects annually.
